All quotes generated through the Platform — including those produced via AI assistance, BOQ auto-generation, or catalogue-based pricing — are indicative only and do not constitute binding offers unless explicitly confirmed by the issuing provider. Preliminary, indicative, and confirmed quotes represent different stages of the enterprise quoting workflow and must be reviewed carefully before acceptance. Quote Hub is not responsible for pricing errors, omissions, or discrepancies between quoted and actual costs.
Quote Hub does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work quality, qualifications, licensing status, or financial standing of any provider listed on the Platform. We do not verify the accuracy of provider-submitted certifications, portfolios, or business descriptions beyond the verification steps outlined in our onboarding process. Consumers and funders should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any provider.
The Platform incorporates AI-powered features including quote drafting assistance, consumer chat, lead scoring, risk profiling, and pricing suggestions. These features are provided as decision-support tools only. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Users must independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for business or financial decisions. Quote Hub excludes all liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Behavioural risk scores displayed on the Platform are calculated from historical platform activity data and are intended as general indicators only. They do not constitute financial advice, credit assessments, or regulatory credit ratings. Funders and other users must not rely solely on risk scores when making lending, funding, or procurement decisions.
Funding opportunities displayed on the Platform are sourced from public information and partner data feeds. Quote Hub does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, terms, or current status of any listed funding opportunity. Users must independently verify funding availability directly with the relevant institution.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g. payment processors, mapping services). These are provided for convenience only. Quote Hub has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quote Hub (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or POPIA. Where any provision is found to be unlawful, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force.
